Great video of classic German steam. I love the sound of the whistle echoing thru the hills. I live in Strasburg, Virginia in the Shenandoah Valley , USA. Seeing the scenery in thIs video helps explain why the early German immigrants settled in The Shenandoah and the Appalachian Mountains. They felt at home here. There are many people with German surnames still living in this part of Virginia.
