Born in a house or Manger?
Luke 2:6-7 So it was, that while they were there, the days were completed for her to be delivered. 7 And she brought forth her firstborn Son, and wrapped Him in swaddling cloths, and laid Him in a [b]manger, because there was no room for them in the inn.
Matthew 2:10-11When they saw the star, they rejoiced with exceedingly great joy. 11 And when they had come into the house, they saw the young Child with Mary His mother, and fell down and worshiped Him. And when they had opened their treasures, they presented gifts to Him: gold, frankincense, and myrrh.

Holman Christian Standard BibleThen she gave birth to her firstborn Son, and she wrapped Him snugly in cloth and laid Him in a feeding trough-because there was no room for them at the lodging place.
When did they leave?
Benson Commentary
Matthew 2:14-15. When he arose - Viz., from his bed, he took the young child, &c. - He immediately obeyed the heavenly vision, and departed into Egypt - With as hasty a flight as their circumstances would allow. And was there until the death of Herod - Which happened a few months after.
1 month 28-31 days
2 months 56-62 days
A few months 84-93 days
This would have had to happen after the 33 days required by law for Mary to go to the Temple. If it happened after, Luke says they went to Nazareth and stayed there until Jesus grew up, no mention of Egypt.
Jamieson-Fausset-Brown Bible Commentary
Matthew 2:14. When he arose, he took the young child and his mother by night, and departed into Egypt-doubtless the same night.
