Until they decided to make a show called the 5 step. It was a big square where they went to do a freestyle show and the "5 step" you were on the stage. So that's what he means by the one that generated the game. Also he opened the possibility for new artist like dillom, elegante and other. They all were doing there on thing. But the music scene of Argentina never really went world wide. Also the song is talking about Phiser and Sputnik vaccine. Because of a issue with the COVID situation.
