Argentina is known more for cumbia and rock. We didn't have a really big rap movement. Chile and Venezuela have hole rap movement. So Ysy a was on the busses rapping for money. Until they decided to make a show called the 5 step. It was a big square where they went to do a freestyle show and the "5 step" you were on the stage. So that's what he means by the one that generated the game. Also he opened the possibility for new artist like dillom, elegante and other. They all were doing there on thing.
