low elo is iron to gold , mid elo is plat to diamond , rest is high elo

Low elo is everything below diamond. Mid would diamond, masters, and anything below 400 LP grandmaster. High elo is the rest.

No brother, low elo is everything under Grand Master. Grand Master is medium elo and Challenger is High elo. You can reach platinum from being an iron in 1 year learning to playing properly. From plat to master you need around other year. From master to GM it took me around 3 years. Is bigger the difference between Challenger and Master than Master and Iron. That's why everything under GM is low elo.

top ap shaco looks to useless on top its incredeable. Every high elo otp would just stomp these games. Pink ward has to rly outplay the enemy to even be usefull even though the skill gap.
