What do you use?/How do you extract the spinning moons and stuffs like that?

+ElectroIl I used THToolkit to extract LoLK's assets, if that's what you're asking. To make the video, I used Touhou Danmakufu ph3, an engine that's meant for making Touhou-style danmaku games, but can be used for a variety of other things, such as making highly intellectual content like this very video.
