Bhaji i got clu and provisional fire noc and now they are asking for provisional pollution noc for building Hospital and no body in pollution control board know about it hope you can help us

sorry sir i don't know about it, people in PCB may not have done this before , or may be any other authority is responsible for this certificate, as pollution of hospital (medical waste) is different from factories etc (smoke, garbage, oil and chemicals)

Nice video sir. Please tell what r road width requirements. In ropar Municipal, officers are not passing map on road less than 40 feet wide, however all around is commercial area. As per Bye Law amendment of dated 31.12.2019 clause 4.7.4, road width is 40 feet but where master plan is not notified. How would i know whether master plan is notified in my area or not. Presently my building is approved under residential, i want to get it approved under commercial. Is it possible in any way Please help and share ur contact number
