What is District Bucks: District Bucks are a system that records credits (bucks) earned by clubs in a district through various incentives. These credits are deducted when valid expenses are submitted via Concur.
What is incentive tracker: Incentive Tracker is a cloud-based software system designed to manage the District Bucks program, saving district leaders 40 hours of paperwork per week. It simplifies the creation and management of incentives, enables uniform submission of recognition requests by club officers, provides transparency with queue visibility, offers a leaderboard for clubs to monitor their earnings, and includes executive dashboards for district-wide tracking.
Benefits of District Bucks:
For Clubs: Clubs can earn bucks to purchase necessary items such as room rent, hybrid meeting equipment, a Zoom account, and other supplies.
Why we are rolling out District Bucks: To allow clubs to pay for rent by earning bucks by doing the district incentives. Clubs are challenged with the higher or new rent this program solves that issue.
The Four Easy steps:
1. Sign up for a concur account:
Request a Concur account using your districts provided form:
After about 7 days, you will receive an email confirming your new Concur Account.
You will set up your password, and connect to your bank account.
