If you ever listened to the weird, siren-like sounds in the background and thought they sounded off-key, you’re absolutely right. The converter couldn't handle the short wave-loops which resulted in the off-key sound on the actual DS hardware. Unfortunately I found out when the game was already shipped."

I prefer this version of the song to the April Fools Party's Night Club music. I guess it feels more retro-game-ish than the Flash one due to the more synth-sounding instruments, mixed with the crisper quality that this does to the '08-era Flash compressed audio.

This is not how this song was intended to sound. The converter that was used when the song was added to the game couldn’t handle the wave-loops in the song, causing the distortion. Must be done from scratch, since Club Penguin EPF and HR have some propertary sequence format instead of sseq (aka the usual one). Thus VGMTrans and other tools cannot export the tracks to .mid.

ArikkHoundoom unless some legend composed it on a DS, like how the Game Boy is used for chiptune. Edit: that is not how it was done... the composer has a channel. Dialga22239 sampled all the different sounds to cobble together her own soundfont, but keeps it private, so that’s about as close as you’ll get.
