Is there any specific reason as to why there's no distinction in case of 1st Appellate authority for issues relating to POS? i.e. national and state bench in case of Appellate Tribunal are there while no such distinction in first Appellate authority. Thanks,

Have u read proviso to sec 56 Have a look In my opinion, interest on refund of predeposiy and refund paid under section 119 and even refund arising upon finalizationnof provisional assessment shall be covered there. ... but govt everywhere apllying 6%
