No baby, you could play running back or wide receiver but know that the defense consists of men 6'2"-6'4" and weight between 250 and 300lbs, running towards you at the same speed you're running. If you want to see some amazing running backs, look at Emmitt Smith and Erict Rhett. Small men compared to the rest of the team but, both of those men ran so quickly and their footwork was so amazing that they literally ate up ground... Back in the 80s I watched Emmitt Smith run a 104 yard touchdown! The entire length of the field from the end of one end zone to the center of the other!

Here’s why jukes in Football out score jukes in soccer in my opinion: with soccer you have to focus pretty much in the feet because thats where the ball is. In football the ball is in the middle of the player so have to split focus on the feet, arms, and head. WAY more complicated.

First rule of one-on-one in soccer: follow the attacker, not the ball. So yeah, defenders need to follow the body, head, feet, as well as anticipate the pass. I'm not saying football isn't just as complicated, but soccer can have its big brain moments too : )

I never understood why non Americans feel like it doesn’t take skill to play American football. I don’t watch Rugby or Lacrosse, but as an athlete I know it takes skill to play those sports.
