No doubt. What's your favorite way to use clusters?

@@NextLevelAthletics Mostly have only tried 5x1's with 20 seconds rest between reps. About 3-4 sets of that. 3-4 minutes rest between sets. Some experience, but obviously not a professional. Trap bar DLs, front squats, Z-press and chins are really the only things I've tried them with.
