Cardstock Measures 12" x 12" inches
Score @ 2 1/4" and 9 3/4" inches
Turn card once.
Score @ 2 3/4" inches down to first score line. Then @ 4 7/8" inches all the way to the bottom, and 7 1/8" inches all the way to the bottom of the card.
Turn twice
Now score @ 9 3/4" down to the first score line.
Turn card once anti-clockwise and notch @ 1 1/8" and 10 7/8" inches
Piece for the base measures 7 5/8" x 2 1/8" inches
Panels for the top measure 7 5/8" inches x 2 7/8" inches
and 7 3/8 "x 2 5/8" inches
Tag measures 2" x 3 3/4" inches
Wrapper sleeve measures 7 5/8" x 12.
Score @ 6" inches on the long side

Just a thought, but you could use the flap piece to extend your patterned paper and have the join at the top so that would maybe make it less fiddly to fit round the base? Fabulous idea and thanks for the inspiration!

Hello, what a clever idea. You are one talented lady. Can I ask a question : When you put on long strips of double sided tape why don't you just peel back an inch or so on each end, this helps incase you have to lift it. Also when putting on dimentionals or 3d tape slide a bit of prit stick or glue stick to give you a bit of wiggle room. Regards Christine
