I plug in, hit my weights and the cardio and I go home if I'm not working out at home. And I agree...I hate that people can't respectfully agree to disagree anymore. FACTS! I started working out in my house with VERY LITTLE to no equipment at all. Lost 60+ lbs. and counting. If I would go to the gym at all now, it would be to get on the stairmaster for 20 minutes after work to tone the rest of what I need to lose, and even then I'll find a way to do it at the house.

I’m not going to lie, when I served in the army for 10yrs and deployed twice, I’m sorry but I didn’t trust a female soldier to drag me out if I was to have gone down. I see their poor performance on PT tests which were held at a CONSIDERABLY LOWER standards than that of male soldiers. That was ALWAYS a fuss with the guys because if we have to rely on them in combat, why didn’t they have to perform the same way we had to? Look up the army PT scales from 2010-2020 and you’ll see the HUGE GAP in requirements.

One of my best friends lifts she's a track and field. Runner. I don't.
