He might have abused f3+s a couple of times but I dont think he is cheating since you outpvped them so many times but I have no idea he was so so sus. You should start bypassing more cuz at some points of the fight you just went for the pvp even tho you were going against a probable cheater, heres an example 7:14. Bypassing there would have been the best thing to do. Try making bypassing a part of your gameplay its really gonna help you. Also learn how to take decisions faster bro like on 5:36 you hesitated TOO much to take that race. Make decisions faster either take the race or leave it
