A rather quirky engi set up! I'd expect to see it more on Ironbreaker with the drakegun and hammer & shield being his kinda staple weapons, but I suppose you can use anything with a minigun!

The drakegun is interesting on engi because with armor piercing slugs the fire from the drakegun will actually punch through enemies. So he doesn’t get a damage boost like ib, but he can hit more things which I think is kinda cool.

@@WetMagic To me both the gatling and the flame trower have the same strenght and weaknesses, being able to destroy infinite waves of trash as long as your flanks are secure, they dont complement each other

@@thefrenchbastard1646 I've been running a similar set-up since I grabbed Outcast. If you run the gromril plated shot then you get a flamethrower *and* an anti armor option. Not gonna say it should be meta, but it nicely bypasses the biggest downside of a flamer.

Well done I am falling in love with the engineer was just thinking they should make deeds available to buy from the shop would defo be shillings well spent and give u much guaranteed better loot maybe start from 25 shillings all the way to 200 for legendary or cataclysm what do u think just thought this would be a great idea maybe it sounds silly 😜

The Shield and Axe for the dwarf needs a buff cuz it doesnt hold a candle to the Shield and Hammer push combo, great vid btw

I’m inclined to agree with you. If they gave it some more cleave on the 2nd heavy attack I think that would probably help it out some. Maybe an armor damage buff too. Thanks 👍

Is this build still relevant? I'm having trouble deciding what's better, drake gun or trollhammer. Both of them are very good in different situations. Deleting patrols is major dopamine with troll. But so is burning alive hundreds of rats with fortunate son playing in the background

Dunno if you're still curious, but I would say trollhammer. Drakegun and minigun are both good for killing trash hordes, but both are very bad against super armor or whatever it's called. Both are also kinda bad at normal armor, unless you run gomril shots, but even that is bad with super armor. However the trollhamer is best against any kind of armor, and great for wiping a patrol if needed. Trollhamer will help cover the weakness that minigun nor drakegun can help with

It does do friendly fire, but a very very small amount. They would hardly even notice it.
