Great ideas! Thank you for reminding people we don't have to give or accumulate "things" for the gift giving season. It's not inexpensive, but always a delight to receive AND to give- certificates for manicures/pedicures, facials or massages. For guys, even a nice, professional shave with the hot towel and facial massage treatment. Heaven! Another idea for short-term clutter plus experience, of a sort, is fun "spa day" supplies. Less expensive than a mani-pedi, but still a treat with items that get used up, like bath bombs/shower steamers (can diy those, too), fragrant soaps and body lotions. Along those lines would be bird seed, suet, peanutbutter, etc. for a bird lover with space for a feeder.

You have some excellent ideas! We usually do gift cards. People seem to prefer the gift cards and if you get them for the stores that you know people like it works. They don't have to be a huge amount of money because it's the thought that counts! I don't have that many to get so it's good for me. I always give my best friend a grocery store card and everyone else gets Barnes and Noble because they love to read or Walmart where they can get what they want. Gift cards are perfect for my family. I love your Christmas tree too!🎄

I've wanted to do this for the past few years. My grandkids have so much clutter already! I finally did it this year! On black Friday I bought a zoo & local science museum membership and plan on taking the grandkids. I bought the older ones a gift certificate to a local arcade and the younger ones, chuck e cheese. All got a pass to a local vertical jump park, medieval faire & gift certificate for the movies. I'm planning on making a junk journal or small book of some kind to put all the "experiences" in to present to them. 🤞

oh my gosh, what a cute new intro for the season! and your tree and santa mug! i just can't handle all the seasonal cuteness in this video!! I am also deathly afraid of ice skating 🤣but my boyfriend keeps pushing me to try it hahaha. I love the idea of clutter-free gifting! My family has gotten really into pre-christmas season gifts and having our xmas day gifts be more like potluck food/drink contributions!
