Just took my first dose today of SLU PP 332 and I’m starting at 101kg, exercising 4 days a week just starting weights too.

The ROS response sounds very intruiging. Really looking forward to clinical studies, when preclinical keeps making positive responses. AMPK activation should not play a big role as far as I see it. Other Drugs have promised positive effects through dietary restriction mimmetic effects and AMPK activation, but have failed mostly in significants. The electron leakage sounds way more interesting through increased mitochindrial biogenesis. Must be fun researching that stuff.

Day 11 for me. Noticed less body fat, but haven’t tested my endurance through cardio yet. Tomorrow begins new programming for that.

Super interested to hear how you go! I have just ordered to treat ME/CFS. I've found Methelyne Blue to be really helpful in dialling down the sympathetic overdrive and deal with some of the brain fog. Will check back in here once I've run it for a few weeks. All the best in your recovery 🙏

This stuff is the truth if you have other things clicking like consistent diet and exercise. Accelerates GLP-1 results. I've found the sweet spot to be 500 mcg three times a day. Aging in reverse. Great energy and pumps while lifting. Last DexaScan showed 15lbs fat loss and 3.5lbs gained in two months

Lowers hdl and doesnt confer muscle building. Your mitochondria are determined by your mothers mom. My mitochondria are fine. As this drug has no long term safety record its far safer for anyone to take cold showers and exercise. Anything that reduces hdl while purporting exercise "benefits" is odd as exercise increases hdl.

That research showing reduced HDL was indeed odd. I have not seen that in others. I wonder if the fact they had a different diet in regards to fat intake over the control group if it made a difference. Based on mechanism it is not an expected outcome but if is maybe pairing with GW50156 if your HDL levels are compromised. i will keep an eye on this in bloodwork of people I know using it.

It’s my understanding that your mitochondrial dna comes from your mother. The mitochondrial biogenesis can be effected by the body’s energy needs
