I'd argue the first guy who was a paul heyman guy would be lesnar. Brock debuted with paul at his side. Brock was at his peak with paul. And when Brock lesnar came back in 2012, he came back with paul heyman and he was with him for years until he sided with roman And paul heyman labeled himself something more than a manager to Brock. But that's my opinon. You can't tell the story of Brock lesnar without mentioning paul heyman and Brock was a big enough star to where you couldn't tell the story of paul heyman without Brock lesnar.
