With highest fiscal deficit as well around 1 lakh crore😂😂 Just because u have room to borrow doesnt mean u need to avail everything and hence provide freebies to woo people..good economist will balance between social scheme and development.but sidrama has messed it up this time..25-28 percentage of budget to freebies while union gvt at 8-9 percent of budget. Capex spending down to 15 percent from 19 percent under bommai which is main fuel for development.😅😅
