CM0102 Starter Kit by Jon Betts. Walkthrough.

Hi there. Was wondering how we can change the IA Tactic pack on the Starter Kit. The option is available on the normal Nicks Patcher but not on this Starter Kit. Do we have to click on Apply Separate Patch? If so, could you tell me which file I need to download. Thanks 😊

Sorry for the delay. You can change the tactics pack manually as you would if you downloaded the game yourself. Find where you have the Starter Kit saved on your computer, right click it and select 'Show Package Contents'. From there click through the Windows Folders as you would normally into Starter Kit v1.2.2 > Game > Tactics then paste in the pack that you want to play with overwriting whats already there.

How can I play for example the data 1995? I select it and load it but when I want to play it loads the original data. thank you

This is happening on the Starter Kit? Are you getting a confirmation that the data has been loaded when you click the button? It should show a box on the screen.

Downloaded starter kit, data update selected 3.9.60, when I click play game and select 3.9.60 it opens .68 instead ! Any ideas?

It will still say 3.9.68 as that is the base the game is played on. It needs to be for any patch to work. But the data, ie the players will all be 3.9.60. You can test this by looking for To Madeira. He's in .60 but not in .68.

I've loved using this and your videos have helped further understand the greatest game ever made, so thankyou! Are you familiar with error 'v3.9.68 fra_third..cpp 469'? It's appeared during the second update screen after the first season of a great start. I'm aware of this being fixable on the standard install by using the most recent Tapani patch but I'm unsure how/if this is fixable using the starter kit

Think I found a workaround, I loaded my save using the original game within the starter kit, instead of using Nicks patcher option. The error didn’t appear after seasonal update, I then saved and returned to using Nicks patcher with no issues so far, touch wood!

@@dagghand Glad you have it sorted. The French league can be particularly difficult sometimes.

Is the get jobs abroad patch part of the Miscellaneous patches mate?

I believe so. It's called JobsAbroadBoost I think. I'm not on Nick's Patcher anymore so can't physically check, I use Starter Kit.

Yep. Absolutely. I'm using Mac myself. I have a video on how to download for it. Search my channel and you'll find it.

It tells me that the file is damaged as shown in the video, but even if I follow the guide it does not work and again tells me that the file is damaged. I noticed though that when I download the file from the site it is not .zip but there is directly the folder with the start kit file inside. How can I solve the problem?

To be honest, I'm not fully sure as I always play windowed. Should be able to but it may not be optimal and may look a little stretched.

Hi all... played for ages using exagear on s21 samsung... then they updated to android 14 and exagear no longer works.... any suggestions for a workable simplish replacement?

I have had the same problem since going to Android 14 I'm afraid. There has been mention of a similar app to exagear called Winlator doing the job but no one has fully cracked it yet.
