It’s water resistant not water proof , and that valve is theoretical value, its might get damaged, but obviously you can wash it, dip into bucket of water, no issues

Recieved the watch today and it is not syncing my workouts in apple health. Data is pretty good. But if it doesnt sync, then theres no point. Plus the gps is not working.

Go to cmf watch app and then go to device option then go to notification scroll down you will get sync with apple health option turn on this. Data will sync.

Yes there is option to sync data with apple health. Its 80% accurate Gps is accurate and works fine.
