I recently got CMF Watch Pro 2. It shows "Average heart rate" in the app and also shows live continuous heart rate when starting any exercise like outdoor or indoor walking or running etc. For a watch costing barely Rs.4199, its probably the best looking smartwatche / smartband with traditional round dial + unique added bezel look. Most importantly, it has accurate heart rate tracking, steps count tracking, GPS locks in within 10 seconds where I live and always shows accurate map of my walking or jogging. What more does anyone want for such a steal pricing ? If I may further add, it has some really gorgeous & smartly designed watch faces and i absolutely love it as part of my watch collection. A definite recommendation, especially when considering its price of Rs.4199/-

@@pradeepdjain I agree, if you're looking for smart features, you can't find many better options at the 5K price point. However, for running, it's simply not good enough at the moment. It doesn't even show basic heart rate data. I am sure it does record the data, so a software update might fix it in the future.

Hey! I understand what you're saying. It might sound like I'm suggesting that a 5k watch is inferior to a 30k one, but that's not the case. I use Garmin as a benchmark because I need something reliable to check the accuracy. The CMF Watch doesn't provide average and lapwise heart rate data, which is crucial for runners. If it did offer those metrics, I could better consider the price point and any inaccuracies. For instance, I would have still recommended it to people on a budget inspite of its inconsistency in GPS and a bit of inaccuracy.

Not comparison. Garmin and Pulse are used for mapping and standardization. Quite common into running. I think insanerunners just want to say that don't buy it if you are into running. It's in the name.

Why is it so difficult to read the Video Title and Understand the intention of the video? Where did he say its a comparison video? It is clearly a review video for CMF watch and he used Garmin as a data point to show the result. Not sure if you got upset because you thought someone trying to compare it with 5k watch probably if you are a Garmin user. Think again.

Hi, yes CMF Watch Pro 2 does connect to Strava but the data it syncs is limited to distance, time and pace. No it doesn't have interval training feature.

It doesn't work that way. A runner's heart rate varies throughout the run, with different heart rate zones at different stages. Those two values you're seeing only represent the lowest heart rate( at the start of the run) and the peak heart rate at one point, not the full picture.
