It maybe technical error. But you can try again with good network signals. It maybe due to slow network

If it is not due to network issue then contact with CMIP team via email of youth affairs and sports department. This email you can copy from CMIP Portal.

My performance is updated but it is only 27 what does this mean i am not eligible for stipend with only 27 performance score??? Plz Answer

For stipend eligibility you have to obtain 70 marks out of 💯 marks. 💯 Comprises 70 marks of attendance and 30 marks of performance evaluation. As you got 27 marks out of 30 marks of evaluation so it doesn't means that you are not eligible for stipend. Add you attendance marks in 27 marks of evaluation and then check whether they are 70 are below.

You can say to supervisor for performance evaluation because according to terms and conditions page supervisor will be responsible to evaluate your performance on 25 of each month.

I have no idea about the period given to you for letter acceptance but try to refresh your profile when you login on portal may be it appeared.
