As Canadians we might be biased but Much Music did these great deep dive music journalism specials on artists. Really miss those. Very much missing in the music world now. And Sook-Yin Lee was brilliant at it because she is a musician as well.

Agreed. I used to watch the reruns of these programs when they would air on a local channel here in Indonesia and was always just astounded by these deep dives. Music really used to be treated as more cerebal and culturally significant in mainstream media.
