Some things I don't get about pMOS: How is connecting the gate to ground putting negative charges onto the gate? Ground is neither positive nor negative, right? And what does it mean that nMOS's pull things down to ground while pMOS's pull things up to the source? Pull what up and down?

Analyze as potential at Gate is w.r.t body, source and drain potential. Pull things down is to bring a circuit potential from high low and vice versa

Hi.Peter sir an Excellent explanation of Cmos in Easier method..in My M.Tech(Digital communication) in 3rd semester a subject was Digital Vlsi Design..Really very tough subject was Digital vlsi Design..Please one my query if GATE to source voltage is Vgs and Drain to source voltage is Vds than what will Drain to source current?
