Does anyone believe this is the first time this shady cop has done this. It's the first time he got caught.
@michaelbrownlee48575 ай бұрын
he wouldn't of even been caught here if it wasn't for his facial expression acting guilty, the way the suspect spoke about it and being so fortunate the other male officer that was present allowed him to look in the vehicle for a second and it was right there in the door the other male officer probably only did this because he didn't think the cop took it and was trying to prove that 9/10 times even if this exact situation was played over he the officer would have got away with it because there is no way they would start investigating the arresting officer so very unlikely it is his first time and even here he almost got away with it

Just one question... did the reporter actually watch the body camera footage? If so, she'd know that it wasn't a fellow officer confronting Chapman that led to the truth. It was the victim, a man in handcuffs btw, who kept insisting that Chapman had stolen his money that exposed the crime. None of the officers believed him at first. Pretty disgusting all around.

00:52.. This media coverage is a lie. The officer did not see the other officer steal anything. In fact, one officer even said so in the body cam. And i quote, "We didn't see what you saw!". The officers in fact didn't even believe the man, and he had to beg and plead for the officers to do their jobs. Then when they caught the initial officer stealing, they didn't arrest him right then and there. He got treated like a colleague instead of a criminal.

Police departments allow this type of behavior because each dirty cop is expected to "kick up" a piece of what the get from stealing and shakedown to their superiors. Next, investigate the bosses to see if they got a piece of this guy's and other department LEOs takes.
@Cappadonna725 ай бұрын
"Both of then heard a rubber band snap" is a lie. I saw the video, so if the other officer is saying they heard the rubber band snap, they are either lying in the report, or lied on the scene to the theft victim.
