tbf pulling Elf is like the last thing on the list. 4/4 the valk is priority, and then getting the need of like this HoRB S2 if you have crystals left. for myself, Elf is like for Dolphin to Whale level. f2p even with BP and Monthly is not gonna enough to pull elf. unless you have GODLIKE luck on the pull then go for it.

no, because the sp you recover from basics on multiple is what allow you to get to ult faster, but not enough if you don't have SP regen to skip the moonslash combo.

the toggle decides which form you start in, and when on, the support form gets the extra SP refill. you can freely change between them but it incurs an Ult CD so it's never used.

Miles away. HoS is outdated, even at SSS Rank S0 HoRb will still be better. HoS is now only used for DPS HoRb and that's it.
