It is PM Modi dream project and he being PM will give all assistence required. Also GIFT city ain't just going to handle gujarat, it is there to cater entire India. If it is going to cater only Gujarat then it makes sense to name it Gujarat International center. BSC is regional stock exchange, we also had kolkata stock exchange, madras stock exchange, ahemdabad stock exchange, and many more. NSE is national stock exhange. Bollywood is not central film industry, it is again regional, similarly we have tollywood.

India or Bharat international financial tec-city rakhte toh lagta India ka hai, Gujarat mein Surat diamond bourse banaya hai taki mumbai ke bharat diamond bourse ko khatam kare. Atleast surat diamond bourse ka naam India pe rakhte, toh lagta India ka hai.
