सेबी बिल्कुल भला नहीं चाहते हैं कि आम आदमी सीखें और मार्केट से कमाई करे मैंने अनुभव किया है कि सिस्टम को ऐसे डिज़ाइन किया है कि दस में से सिर्फ दो बार ही तुम्हारे पोजीशन प्राफिट में आएगी इस वजह से लोग नुक़सान में ही रहते हैं मगर कुछ केस में रेसिस्टेंस सपोर्ट काम करते हैं वहीं यूट्यूबर सिखा कर रिटेल को कहीं कहीं बचा रहे हैं कुछ लोग इसका गलत फायदा भी उठारहे होंगे लेकिन जब सीखें कर करेंगे तो जरूर इनसे फायदा ही होगा

If recommendation of RA goes wrong and loss booked then who will be responsible RA or Investor? If answer is Investor then what is the point in restricting sharing of knowledge with examples. Retail investors will suffer more. In last one year some very known faces on TV channels have been apprehended by SEBI. Whether losses made by retail investor will be recovered from them?
