The fishing industry is in crisis - could lab-grown seafood be the answer?

In theory once perfected all lab grown food could easily be made to be gourmet and the perfect cut/fillet every time

This looks to be the solution. No more hurting and killing animals. Just wondering if it can be continued without dead fish in future? It is susceptible to manipulation. How will consumers be protected?

Lab grown food can feed a lot more people than just breeding fish ever could.
