The problem is you can tell people invest their life to a property. So they are very attached. But outsiders may not share their vision. It's hard for them to get a realistic idea of how the market values the house.

Just FYI... Napa IS NOT Northern California! I live in Northern California!!!! I can drive to Napa in about seven hours (I take my time and make stops). That's driving South.....FROM Northern California. Northern California is near the Oregon border. Is Napa near the Oregon border? Stop!!!!!
