If it sounds too good to be true then you should jump on the opportunity immediately because too-good-to-be-true offers like that don't come around often. The trick is to just throw caution to the wind and turn off that part of your brain that controls critical thinking and common sense as that stuff will just get in the way of you making serious financial gains.

You don’t have to go study stocks, just read about one ETF or index fund that covers the entire stock market or just read about one REIT like SPG. Don’t hand over ALL your money to anyone! If you believe in them, give 25% or 50% but 100%. Noooo!
