Thanks Mate, the sad truth is that no one has a clue, we all react to what happens as it happens and try to analyse it but can’t predict an iota of what is going to unfold in the markets… content creators are like amplifiers, when times are good they affirm it and try to tell you why it’s good and that it’s looking bullish but then all of a sudden the market turns bearish and everyone affirms it again and try to analyse why… it’s so sad that many are so powerless and it's not about guessing the market's next move; it's about playing it smart and steady during trading...managed to grow a nest egg of around 2.3Bitcoin to a decent 19Bitcoin in the space of a few months... Why he's the best. Has the simplest framework to think about markets. Almost binary, which is why he's so good. Firms and others have these massive frameworks and inputs. Tepper just focuses on what matters.

They still have a flawed understanding of Nvidia saying their margins have to come down in order for the AI to work. Blackwell is designed to be up to 25 times less expensive and consume less energy than Hopper. Would you pay higher price if this new thing cost you 25 times less to use?? Nvidia margin can go up much higher and this AI thing will still work

Intersting for sure. I do wonder how long the hyperscalers are willing to quadruple order and pay $35,000 for a $7,000 GPU just to get ahead of the line. That kind of Capex spend does eventually compress their Margins to undesirable levels. Not to mention other options out there such as TPUs etc. If my thesis is correct then in a year or two they won't be spending on GPUs like they are and NVIDIA will see not only margins compress buy also revenue drastically fall. Orrrr it continues like this for another decade and they become a 10 trillion dollar company. Buy a chip etf and bet on the industry vs one horse might be safer🤔

For me, NVDA is overvalued. I would wait until their PE ratio reduces from 57 to around 45. I would buy if it were around $85-$95 usd. They have growth but that growth is limited by our energy supply. Markets change a lot quicker than a power plant can be built once all is said and done. Forecast is looking bear for the AI sector.

I think it's important to stick to stocks that are immune to economic policies. I'm looking at NVIDIA and other AI stocks that have the potential to power and transform future technologies. It seems AI is the trajectory most companies are taking, including even established FAANG companies

The most interesting part of the conversation is when Tepper starts talking about the Effects China will have on markets as their economy slides further into the abyss. That, in my opinion, is the story no one is really paying attention to except in the periphery. Up until recently, last few years, the planet depended on China growth to support their mediocre economies. Now with China’s demographic cliff and the CCP hardline on all trading partners and all of the hyperbole about war with Taiwan, which won’t happen, the western economies need organic growth and at the moment that’s just not going to happen. I don’t think any country in the west has any room on their balance sheets for more accounting trickery to keep the consumer from turning into a submerging regression fund. The central banks are out of sleight of hand tricks as the 👉💩 moves closer to the fan.
