MSTR is exactly a "flywheel effect" as the chart master put it. MSTR is borrowing money at rates between 0 and .5% to buy an asset that has a CAGR of 50+. Essentially this is now their only business. You cant apply TA to bitcoin, and therefore you can't apply TA to a BTC derivative. I will not be " selling it all". Or even some of it. Ever.

Bitcoin trades off of technicals. If someone is going to trade bitcoin, technical analysis is really important. There’s not much fundamental analysis that one can use to trade it (not saying trading bitcoin is a good idea).

@@zo9fg Well i guess we can hope, because that would be your last chance to ever see it below 6 figures again. But I wouldn't count on it. I don't know who you think is "overlevered" - I don't use leverage. I suppose you could say MSTR does, in a way, but it's at rates of 0-0.5%. So I'd say they are in a pretty good spot. Are other entities using leverage/options? sure. And would they have to sell to cover in a large dip? sure. But if you are betting on a large dip I will take the under. Corporations are getting in, sovereigns are getting in. Wait till 100K is on the nightly news and watch the frenzy. Then wait a few more weeks until the new administration starts buying more BTC every day than the miners can even produce. Or don't. Not my job to convince you to get wealthy. Good luck and peace.

I bought MSTR at $120 earlier this year. It’s a leveraged play on BTC. If BTC keeps moving up, MSTR will follow. It’s really quite simple.

the present value of it is based on the discounted future value of bitcoin. how much will bitcoin be in the future? how much will saylor accumulate? you can make your assumptions about what price bitcoin may be in the future, but i doubt saylor will sell any bitcoin. carter worth is one more investment advisor i'll avoid.
