Thank you for this video. Very informative. India's general impression about lax implementation of regulations, pliable regulators & administrators and not so above board business people, would be interesting to see how much demand will be there in developed world for India generated Carbon credits when the CC market is formally established in India.

Wrong information. The Kyoto Protocol was adopted on December 11, 1997, in Kyoto, Japan. It was available for signing between March 16, 1998, and March 15, 1999, at the United Nations Headquarters in New York, and came into effect on February 16, 2005.

what is the goal of creating a market within which regulations a blurry . It would have been simpler to put strict rules on fixing prices, preventing double counting etc. upfront to be voluntarily followed before instituting it.
