The thing to me is, if you invest and have other income outside of dividends then you will be able to live off dividends without selling. Which means you can pass that on to your kids which will give them a leg up in life. $52k dividends received in 2022.

I agree! That's why it is advisable that you have to invest while you still have a regular job or earning a regular income, and do it constantly. You still need to have something that will keep you going even if you're investing. Good financial planning and money allocation is the key.

VERY well done ! I say this with 40+ years in mortgage finance & banking working with credit bureaus. Different models and parameters are used by different industries but *VRI TOKEN* info is pretty much universal. If you're trying to max your credit scores, there is a happy medium between too many credit cards and none. Too many cards with zero balnce may actually hurt you in some cases. Even if you do not use them, you have a potential. To always pay cash & still have cards doesn't help your scores as well

@FelineAirstrip7 ай бұрын
Look up dividend aristocrats. Pick six to ten from that list. Those companies have a track record of 25+ years of paying dividends. Also, its advisable you work with a financial advisor to help set up a well-structured portfolio.

Great video! My spouse and I are adding a variety of stocks/ETF to my present holdings for the long term, We've set aside $250k to start following inflation-indexed bonds and stocks of companies with solid cash flows, I believe it is a good time to capitalize on the market for long-term gains, but it wouldn't hurt to know means of actualizing short term profit.

Find stocks with market-beating yields and shares that at least keep pace with the market for a long term. For a successful long-term strategy I recommend you seek the guidance a broker or financial advisor.

Yes, I've been in constant touch with a Financial Analyst for approximately 8 months. You know, these days it's really easy to buy into trending stocks, but the task is determining when to sell or keep. That's where my manager comes in, to help me with entry and exit points in the industries I'm engaged in. Can’t say I regret it, I’m 40% up in profits just in 5months with my initial capital of $160k

There were hundreds of potential multibaggers getting listed at cheap valuations 30 years back , so all u needed was some money and patience to hold on to famous household brands like bajaj ,reliance , Asian paints ,titan ,hul etc etc in an economy which was just opening ...now it's way to harder to even fund 10 in an already inflated market ...to be fair ,today's retailors don't have the advantage of early start these guys had but yeah now they have made big , can say anything and people will believe it ...not their fault ,just their luck and patience ...most of their wealth has been made decades back , so now they can ride on its gains ..
@modellocomotiveworks221510 ай бұрын
It is easier to comment today on KZbin than holding on for 20-30 years. Patience is the most important aspect which many people fail to keep and you are calling it easy. When we look at companies like Asian paints and all and think about past it seems very easy But did anyone know at that time what would happen to those stocks
@learn-2-earnn10 ай бұрын
