CNC Langdrehautomat star* SR-38

Die neueste Entwicklung im Hause Star* ist unsere SR-38, die durch höchste Flexibilität, Wirtschaftlichkeit und minimale Fertigungskosten überzeugt. Im Vergleich zur bewährten SR-32 hat unser neues Modell einen erweiterten Materialdurchlass von 38 mm. Die Rückseiten­bearbeitung wurde von 4 auf 8 Stationen erweitert und mit einer zusätzlichen Höhenachse (Y2) ausgestattet. Darüber hinaus können wir auf dem Linearträger zeitgleich schruppen und schlichten (X3-Achse), ebenso erhalten wir zusätzliche Querbearbeitungsmöglichkeiten durch die schwenkbare B-Achse.

The b axis unit has a lot of deflection issues with super alloys. Brass and aluminum are easy. Inco and the rest of the hard stuff makes it more profitable to add a secondary operation. Blank it and send it. The distance from clamping cap to work piece just doesn’t make it worth trying to one op everything. Micro tools with tight tolerance in a super alloy is still a b. I’ve run 3 different models. Some of the first in the US. The T5200 and 5300 aren’t even parallel. They are over .06 off. You need shims to put them on center of each other.
