That amazing work you do with this machine, I have a similar one just smaller in size. I can’t see well on this video, have you upgraded it with linear rails. I wonder how did you manage to keep them parallel and precise over such long spans?

In profesional cnc milling machine like Haas VF2 it should take max 8min. On this think 30min ? It must be very expensive part.

I disagree. On here i can take from material maximum. Propablly you wont load whole 1500x3000 sheet on your Haas and nest parts on it as you need. Second question. How long you are making fixtures to cut a sprocket? Yes you can make 1000 identical parts faster and cheaper, but not one part.
