It’s so cool to see the megatron and prime figures moving side by side. You can see them getting better at making the movements. They both look good, but prime’s movements looks a little more stiff sometimes, like a toy. Megatron moving his arms looks so smooth like it’s someone actually moving their arms

His voice was everywhere on the TV series. That they got Frank Welker back in the studio for this robot adds a huge level of authenticity to this new robot from Robosen.

In the War for/Fall of Cybertron games, all of the Transformer characters' robotic bits and bobs slowly and subtly moved during idle animations to convey that, though they were machines, they were alive. Unpopular opinion: Megatron should have been a tank from the start. Narratively it never made sense to me that Megatron of all villains would have a mode that puts him in the hands of a subordinate AND a tank has a better preservation of mass than an (admittedly) beefy pistol.

Also Robosen needs to make Gen 1 Starscream and Soundwave, and get their iconic look and voices right. Gen 1 Soundwaves voice was awesome. Also of course Bumblebee. So many cool possibilities. Wish I could afford one.

An interactive Megatron??? I think my heart just skipped a beat. I'm a huge Transformers fan, I love the Decepticons and Megatron is one of my top 3 favorite characters. This is a dream come true. It may not be the real thing, but it's good enough for me.

This would have been a wet dream for my 12 year old self, I remember watching the Transformers first episode and was completely blown away by how cool they were. I watched the Gobots when they first came out a few years earlier. They quickly disappeared once the Transformers hit the scene. These self transforming versions were developed by my geeky generation so we could play with them and still feel cool because we know kids can’t afford them. Being older does have some advantages. 😂😂

I agree. It would have to be the tape deck Soundwave. Since he’s basically a cube and that should be easier for Robosen to put together.

I love these! Now, if Robosen and Hasbro would do a version 2 of Grimlock but make him actually larger than Optimus and Megatron, that would dope!!! He doesn't have to be big enough for Optimus to ride on, but Grimlock (and the Dinobots) were definitely larger than the regular autobots.

Absolutely. On the official Facebook page there were people arguing hat its not the proper G1 design. And Im just like....the original design was dumn. It just came from a random box of toys.

As a gunpla fan, I'm little bit jealous of this. Soundwave would be incredible with a working speaker and touch control as a boombox. Also make sense from a fan/collector perspective.
