No way. The battery probably will not long. 15-20 minutes? Even if the battery could provide 1 hour (which unlikely), for me its not enough.

@@oleksiychekin1257 Officially it lasts 45 minutes. I didn't time it for a proper battery test but I'd say that sounds about right.

Takes a bit of time to get used to. But once you do, it is very fun to ride. I have used a hoverboard for years, there is a learning curve when it comes to using two separate skate. They are bit on the heavy side, the straps make it really easy to carry.

I'm not a mechanical engineer, but the if gyroscope does it's job then it should be impossible for the user to fall while the skates are moving (Given the user has at least moderate practice). Although, it seems as if these wheels don't allow the user to tilt which is a massive hindrance. If someone could match the design of an electric unicycle, but compacted into skates, that would be something i would buy.

Those look cool but the 220 lb weight limit and the 45 min charge are limiting. And what about rain or puddles? There should also be some sort of carrying bag that comes with it although I guess anything large enough with a shoulder strap or even a backpack would do

Segway did a good job trying to bring out a product thats never been done before. I personaly think there is room for improvements. The drift 1 should be able to disengage automaticaly once nobody is standing on it (optionaly if no one agrees). This will eneble the practicality to easly pic them up and stop running into things at a stop and on slopy ground. Secondly removable battries this will enble us to travel easly by air. It should come with a conecting rods so one can ride like hoverboards.
