CNG ECU is not set properly. Go with one good shopkeeper who do work in a proper way. Most of the persons are not perfect for this remapping of ECU.

I got installed CNG kit in DZIRE 2018. It has jerking/tremors problem with or without CKP advancer. I replaced new spark plug NGK brand, new air filter and clean the throttle body and also change engine oil. Now one mechanic advice me to adjust spark plug gap to 0.8 for solve this issue. What is you advice, is it solve the problem. Can reduced spark plugs gap make adverse effect on petrol performance or on the car components.

What is the situation on petrol? Switch off the CNG and drive on petrol for a day and observe the condition on petrol.

You have no idea of what you are talking about. Timing has to be different for CNG to get proper performance. Just like the gas ECM, one has to get a good quality advancer and tune it correctly. Company fitted kits don't have an advancer because the timing is changed by the ECM itself. In fact, a truly company fitted kit only has one ECM for both petrol and gas.
