How is this plagiarism? Just because they also had 3 drums doesn't make it plagiarism. FYI they based this entire performance on a Jackie Chan martial arts movie and a type of Chinese boxing style called "drunken fist". The part where Nichkhun was doing martial arts was choreographed to incoporate moves from the "drunken fist" moves with a hip hop beat. The guitarist guy was playing his guitar in a way that emulates Chinese instruments. Calling this plagiarism is like calling every other singer in the 21st century a "plagiariser" for using common chord progressions that have existed since the Baroque era.
