Well this is the BEST video that i have seen so far. NOT ONE SHOT of the Diesels pulling the train. Save the Diesel shots for the young lads that don't know any better. CONGRATS on a JOB WELL DONE.

Great use on the LGSR coaches, and that Hooter sounds spooky like a ghost train and so as the beautiful PRR 3 chime on 113 (which sounds like both a LIRR G5 and PRR K4 altogether) so well done!!!!
@TrainChamber5 жыл бұрын
I believe the PRR 3 was on an M1, than an I1, and lastly a K4.

1. Beautiful opening shot with the steam glowing from the golden sunset! 2. Literally put a PRR 3 chime on any steamer, and it makes it twice as good. 3. 0:47 that sound tho 4. 1:34 very cool angle! I also have a GoPro (just kinda assuming that that’s what this is as well), but haven’t used it too much (just two pretty small railroads). 5. 1:53 Always wanted to catch 113 there.... beautiful shot! 6. 2:37 Dang, I haven’t done one of these in a bit. Always cool to see a train from this angle! 7. 2:56 Very, very nice camera work in this shot! Gives it an overall cinematic feel. 8. 4:16 Spot on timing! Also love the golden reflection off the creek and the sun behind the smoke! 9. 5:03 pretty good framing with the trees and the sides of the bridge! Would make for a great photo. 10. 6:04 Great transition shot from the baggage to the loco! 11. 6:36 Oooo! 12. 6:58 Very cool head on shot! Kinda reminds me of a photo of WM 734. 13. 8:46 what can I really say except “wow”! 14. 9:57 Great way to end with the Christmas tree. Overall, this is an amazing video that conveys a both cinematic and professional feel, with great sounds, and an amazing variety of shots! On a different note, I have been looking for a tripod with a steady, or soft pan, and in this video, I could see one being used to an obvious extent. You have any recommendations on what brands or types?

OOO look the big comments are back. I gotta strap in Here we go: 1. Thank you + I agree 2. Also agreed. Unless you put a PRR 3 chime on something like 4014 that would b weird 3. Foam 4. Yes! Its so cool they let us mount it 5. The Depot andante areas around Schuylkill Haven are great because they go fast and good stack talk 6. Yea ive toned them back a little bit i used to go crazy 7. Thank you, its what i was trying to go for. 8. It was a gamble with the upward pan. Despite being backlit i think the shot still was amazing 9. Thanks! I considered it as a thumbnail. 10. *c i n e m a * 11. *_m o r e f o a m_* 12. I know the exact picture youre talking about + I thought the same thing 13. The glow from the firebox was amazing 14. Thanks you. Thanks for the great comment!!! I use a magnus VT-300. Its fairly priced compared to other fluid heads and works amazingly. Anything in the Magnus VT-series is what i recommend
