@@caisar-lilis uhm, jam is 90% sugar, please... they aren't gonna eat all that jam in one sitting, they said it's for winter, they'll probably eat it for breakfast. with the amount of veggies and fruits they have in their garden, i doubt that they are unhealthy. plus they're hardworkers, gardening and making your own food sure does burn calories and sugar faster.

Besides working in a corporate environment, her videos give me a motivation I never thought I would have. But America is traditionally a free country, meaning we can do a lot more stuff. But China will restrict some stuff.
