I HAVE TO BE OBJECTIVE. I was in the Philippines mainly Manila March 2024. My first day I went and bought MANG INASAL CHOOKS ANDOKS and Baliwag. Taste test all of them at once. Though all of them was good I gave BALIWAG the edge. And this is an impressive story.

Hmmm.. It was baliwag that first introduced lechon baka. And during that time.., what is sought after.. Is the lechon baka instead of the liempo around 1990. Baliwag stop offering it due to the rising price of beef during that time. At present, due to the rising price of pork because of the swine flu.. Pork is more expensve than beef or almost same price. Where baliwag left off.. Andoks was able to pick up.. But as far as I recall, baliwag lechon baka was really good based on testimonies.

let me say this malaki portion ng grillmen nyo are not regular kahit na years na ang binilang sa company may iba 5 yrs 10 yrs puro contract renewal lang every 5 months. naalisan sila ng rights to get compensated for the 13th month pay. they dont have a pay hazard exposed ang mga tao so heat sa pagluluto using charcoal then hahawak sila ng ice kasi nka preserved mga good nila like chicken and liempo pasma aabutin. kapag nagkasakit ka AT umabsent ka you will have to provide your medical cert sa main office i think sa pasig so kung working ka sa laguna cavite expenses mo pa yun papunta sa office to get clearance insteAd na ipadala na lang sa roving suprevisor or email nlang inconvenience sa manggawa. at night time or the next morning lilinisan nila ang machine na mainit kasi nga charcoal ginamit. wala healthcard . frontliner nyo na grillmen kiosk gives siguro let say 50% or more sa profit nyo so i can say na only management are getting the previldges and benefits na sinasabi ng gen manager. most them hindi mkapag labas ng ganyan hinaing kasi takot sila mawalan ng source of income isa isahin nyo mga grillmen ask feed back kasi yung mga sinasabi video
