After independent INDIA near 75 year past no political people have mind to done such great work for animals.even rich people or great businessman in our country had such thoughts to done good work for animals our PM modiji had gone 171 country's he must have seen hospitals for human and animals hospital.but he don't not give important. Only one man INDIA give important to poor helps who depends on people for foods such animals get sick or accident take place nobody care to take them to hospital but in INDIA no good and advanced hospital for small or big animals. God bless you to open this state of art hospital is heaven fir strays and pets.Ratan Tata has used his recorces in rescuing and treating the creatures of God and today our late Ratan will be Inshallah in the heaven above. the only millioner to build world class hospital in Indian.as an animal lover and rescuer for past more then 20 years i remember many shelters lacking basic facilities proper operating table beds etc in india despite Doctors and team of vet working 24/7 this was some 3 years back so in one of my comment s i requested that you contact those millioner buisness men for donations and i believe they will donate in this good cause and get the share of blessings this was slice of cake bur Tata gave the whole cake by building this biggest hospital in India .this was dream comes true for me and all the animal lovers.i cant stand any creatures of God suffering on the streets some abandoned some hit and run cases dome victim of heartless owners. i pray more branches are opened by Tata group and also assist the existing shelters to update by donating them.God bless you all involved in rescuing the animals. It makes me cry. how we struggle here .we dont have even a basic shelter and private pet hospitals avoid taking in stray doggies though they give basic treatments .no admissions as inpatients . Ratanji pls pls come to Ernakulam and just give us a basic hospital and a basic shelter for our strays here .Struggling all these yrs has broken our spirit . cannot even dream of this kind of structure .would die peacefully if a proper shelter for injured ,handicapped strays and abandoned pets and a small 24 hr hospital comes up here especially for strays .with a deep prayer I post .hope it reaches U Ratanji .Ushma Shah

We need a campaign to make laws for animals. A hit and run case for a dog should be treated just as a hit and run for a human. A crime is a crime whether the victim is a human or an animal. People abusing animals should face legal punishment too. We need the govt to actually make it legal for every building to adopt atleast 1 stray dog and assign that building to care for it for the rest of its life. There should be a compulsory provision for Animal Care in every society maintenance bill. Let people contribute just Rs. 100 per month towards one dog which will take care of its food and medical care for its entire life. A society of even 28 to 30 flats can easily manage to look after atleast one stray dog. every society with over 20 flats should be made compulsory to adopt a stray dog. The more the flats or wings in the society, adopt more dogs. 1 dog for every 20 or 30 flats. If every dog is neutered and vaccinated and adopted in societies there wont be a single stray dog on the streets in next 5 years. The govt should actively participate in rehabilitating strays. Animals too are "Citizens" of this city / state/ country. There must be laws and provisions for them too.

I stay in a part of Bangalore i used to bring the cats from the road side myself my daughter used to take care. One day my cat named Kathi was not well I was taken to a government hospital at Madiwala The doctor had to come at 10 am The doctor came at 11.30 am and he never touched my Kathi.He asked what the problem is I told he she gave a birth to four baby kitten and she have loose motions for many times after that he told me to hold and given the injection and taken 300rs . After that we came home then after fifteen minutes she passed away till day i cannot forget her and July 7 to 14 my 16 cats passed away. even the doctor didn't tell exactly what happened to her. I have many more taking care of . If it was a Ratan TATA sir hospital was in Bangalore so that I can given my cats and kittens vaccinated I would be happy. And strict instructions to be given for government doctors to come on time and not to take the amount.

I have no words to decribe Mr.Ratan Tata. Now that i cannot tell him anything & i cannot come in contact with shantanu either,( though i was trying to contact both of them from a very long time), i thought whatever i am writing here it will reach shanthanu naidu One of my loving dog passed away this september 14. Doctor told me ,it us because of food poisoning. I always take her out & i never remove her chain Then i came to know that employees of city corporation have sprayed some medicines to control DENGU & my dog might have come in contact with this medicine thro' his paws. I cannot take my dog abroad nor can i build a hospital for them. Though Dr Manohar Upadhyaya (residing at mangalore) a vet, is a superb doctor ,he does not have these sophisticated facilities. When he examines his patients, it is a sight to see. He told ne that there us internal injury & i was helpless. There r many Indians who love stray dogs & other animals as well but we cannot take our pet abroad. It would have been nice if we could afford hospitals at every district. So if you ( shanthanu) could think over this ,we would be grateful.
