I watch CNN News18 in the US specifically for the debates (Plain Speak, Hard Facts, The Right Stand and Brass Tacks) hosted by the four senior anchors. The content is excellent. There are 2 issues with the broadcast - (1) Lately the channel is getting more ads that cut not only into these engaging debates but also into middle of a sentence either by the host or a guest. And then entire remaining part of the debate is lost. You are getting ads because of the viewership and the viewership is due to the content. Please don’t forget that. (2) The show timing in the program guide doesn’t match the actual air time. So recording gets affected. I would also like to sincerely request the channel to please remove the annoying loud background music, which is somewhat heard in this KZbin video too. At times I have to increase the volume 4x to be able to hear properly. The music plays even during the clippings of PM shown at the beginning of the debate.
