Common hindu temples built kings from public funds alone under the control governments. It should be with govt to have equal rigbts for all hindus defined in the constitution. Let each caste have separate temple and only permit them inside the temple. That temples no govt will interfere. The govt should take over all other relegious place of worshiphs built from public funds or by kings.

It is becoming clear that BJP is spineless , when it comes to saving Hindu temples, as it seems they also want to control temples in their ruled states. When they had 2/3 majority they kept quiet on this HRCE Act, by not removing temples from Govt control( for which a Supreme court order is there). Another glaring example is failure to book the politicians/ culprits, who swindled thousands of crores of public money in Tamil Nadu, even though continuous ED/IT raids were conducted and no prosecution. Getting a feeling that BJP is becoming spineless in this area also. God save India. ( Which He will find it very difficult, even if he comes in his 10th Avatar 😢)

The Artical 25 is a bane for Hindus in Tamil Nadu. It permits "freedom to propagate a religion" In TN, the evangelists of Chritianity, forcefully enter Hindu's house and insert a copy of Bible in Hindu's hand and start preaching. Because the Article 25 does not define what is "prapogate". It should be restricted to preaching among that particular religious group. Not among other religious group. Now, misusing this freedom the evangelists are doing "religious rape" by forcefully inserting their Christian thoughts in the minds of unwilling Hindus. This Article 25 is required to be amended either removing "propagate" or clearly defining it restricting to only within a religious group.

Any of the parties to a litigation should be permitted to expedite the hearing of the case. Suitable legislation should be expedited by the central govt. Cases similar to the present one before the Karnataka High Court have been pending for more than twenty years without being listed for hearing .
