The Supreme Court of India on Monday, June 24, reserved its order on Delhi Chief Minister Arvind Kejriwal's plea opposing the Delhi High Court's stay on bail granted by a trial court in a money laundering case linked to the now-scrapped excise policy. The apex court said it would like to hear the Delhi High Court's verdict and scheduled the Aam Aadmi Party (AAP) leader's bail plea hearing for June 26.

High court has made a tamasha of the judicial process and its shows utter disregard for constitutional rights of any citizen, leave alone CM. SC must start investigation on this matter immediately. If Indian legal system and courts want to regain trust of the people then they must take this case very seriously and slap ED and CBI for their shrody investigation baseless witness gathering. If a rouse Avenue trial court judge has the guts and sincerity to call a spade a spade then hope SC can show more courage rather than to hide behind PMLA and say this is what parliament made. Parliment is made of dictators operating with vested interest and they have blatantly violated the oath to protect constitution by making PMLA act itself leave alone using it on A innocent People loved CM. In short if SC keeps a blind eye and turns its head, then it is time to remove SC and bring AI based judges as the system has failed.
