Middleman for those who are not able to find co-renters to share the unit... There would always be the risk of tenants moving out after their contract once they find others to co-rent directly

I am waiting to see a plate of chicken rice to hit $8 by end of 2023. The low income family will then afford to eat 4 times a year to cope with living expenses. Why subsidize hawker centre with tax payer money if they set the same price with coffeeshop. Thought its meant for the common good so the food prices is affordable to every one in Singapore ?

Tenants fail to realise that the high cost is a reality even for landlords. And soon such co-living set up business cost would also reflect that and may even be worse, given the fact the such co-living set up only suit certain client make up unlike actually renting the entire apt in the market.
